INSTRUCTIONS - SMARTPHONE TEETH WHITENING KIT 6% HP
STEP 1: Remove cap from the brush end. The first time you use it, you will need to turn the handle of the pen several
times until the gel covers the brush tip. Smile wide and apply a thin layer of gel onto teeth, avoiding gums or lips. One
bead of gel is enough to cover 4–5 teeth. Continue to twist pen to apply more gel during application. Be sure to cover all
surfaces of tooth.
STEP 2: Plug in the cable from the LED Mouth Tray into the 4-Way Power Cable, and then plug in the other end of the 4-
way cable into your desired power source. The LED lights from your mouth tray will emit blue light when your tray has
been successfully powered.
STEP 3: Place the LED Mouth Tray into your mouth and lightly bite down on the tray so that the gel on your teeth is exposed
to the blue light. Make sure your lips close around the tray. Whiten for 20 minutes.
STEP 4: Unplug your LED Mouth Tray from your power source once you’re finished whitening. Rinse your mouth with
water. Also rinse the tray with water to remove gel and saliva, making sure you don’t get the end of the cable wet. Allow
the tray to dry naturally.
STEP 5: Repeat steps 1 to 4 once a day for 5-10 days.

Whitening Gel: Keep out of reach of children. Not to be used on a person under 18 years of age. Do NOT use if pregnant
or lactating. Not to be swallowed. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse immediately if product comes into contact with them.
Do not use if you have poor dental health or gum disease or if you are allergic to one of the ingredients. Will not whiten
caps, crowns, laminates, white fillings or veneers. If in doubt, please check with your dental professional. Contains 6%
Hydrogen Peroxide. To be only sold to dental practitioners. For each cycle of use, the first use to be carried out only by
dental practitioners or under their direct supervision if an equivalent level of safety is ensured. Afterwards to be provided
to the consumer to complete the cycle of use. If in doubt, please check with your dental professional.
LED Mouth Tray: Do not submerge LED Mouth Tray in water while plugged into power source. Clean the LED Mouth Tray
gently, with wash cloth dampened with water. Do not use LED Mouth Tray for longer than 60 minutes at a time. Remove
LED Mouth Tray from power source when you are done with use. Store LED Mouth Tray in clean, dry place. Keep out of
the reach of children.
